The idea is that the fleet provides orbital security until the +1 AA +1 range +1 armor, -2 immobile AA batts and +1 range +1 firepower -2 immobile orbital defense guns get set up. Anti-invasion security will be provided by an elite infantry battalion and a handful of regulars. | |||
