How this works:

Montauk has a rather polyglot fleet of ships assigned to it. To represent this, every player gets 100 points to buy 'stuff' from the following tables which will then form the overall March fleet, of which at least 50 points must come from the Standard Ships section. This will mostly be background, but the players can call up local forces and a lack (or preponderance) of certain fleet units may have a game effect. The cost more represents relative rarity than dollar cost; rare ships cost more.

As GM I'll also be adding 300 points to bring this to a round number. Additionally, the March has 100 points each in Nonstandard, Imperial Cavalry and Mercenaries, on top of what is bought from the overall pool. Finally, each player has 10 points to kick in to the party's NPC ships (these are directly under the party's control). This may come from any list.

  • Dragoon Lance (2 per set of 4)
  • Corvette (2 ea) - small interstellar patrol ship

  • Dragoon Carrier (4 ea)
  • Frigate (5 ea) - Ubiquitous across the Empire
  • Waller Lance (5 per set of 4, in ordinary)
