2 points: Conjunctional Forces 2/Time 3 effect. Converts kinetic damage into extra actions. (Basically rolls arete to reduce kinetic damage as per a forces 2 shield. When enough successes of damage is reduced (min 2), it can then be used to temporarily provide a boost to combat speed, namely extra actions for the subsequent round. The number of extra actions depends on the successes built up. Successes can be built up over multiple rounds, though the resulting acceleration is usually highly vulgar.
Automatic Spear (4 bgp = 8 device points)
The GK-05 Automatic Spear is an anti-personnel melee weapon designed to be used against interdimensional threats of all sorts. A lattice of primal-conductive material allows its battery to maintain a constant charge, enabling it to strike against even non-corporeal entities, while an advanced statistical analysis program reduces the difficulty of striking such elusive targets.
