Concept
An Fist of the North Star-themed Aberrant 2.0 oneshot, run by Exhack to test if anyone other than MJ12 can handle the system.
In a splinter universe, the pro-nuclear and militantly interventionist Colonel Primoris of the Aeon Society of Gentlemen left the organization to pursue his ambitions. Returning in the mid 1980's as the first true Nova, Divis Mal, he brought the gift of Quantum to the world by shearing a large chunk of the moon and altering it with his powers, causing supercharged moon rocks to impact the Earth. The governments of the Earth attempted to retaliate with their vast nuclear arsenals, but only managed to exacerbate the widespread ruination that followed the N-Impact.
Fifty years since then, the Earth is a blasted wasteland ruled by demigods and warlords, with tiny enclaves of order where the Aeon Guild still (barely) clings to life.
Information
50 NP builds, all characters must be thematized to a post-nuclear Mad Max-type wasteland.
Rules Modifications
Taint social penalties do not apply to intimidation or commanding others through fear. In addition, characters apply their Taint penalties to Scale, as the mad demigods of the wasteland are as boisterous and imposing as they are massive.
