The Elector Walther and its two sisters were the first large space warships built by the First Belmarian Empire. Built in the then thriving shipyards of Deldan City, the three ships were equipped with the latest models of heavy naval artillery and anti-ship missiles and protected by heavy battle steel armor. Unlike the Empire's earlier corvettes and brigs, the new armored ships were designed for war first with no concessions to exploration for the sole purpose of securing the stormy nebula-shrouded space of the Tyrol Starzone from threats both external and internal.
