Additions (Based on stuff Shrike has said in IRC)
Conversion Rates for CP -> DP -> Collars
1 DP converts to 500 CP (+100 for each capacity cap, IIRC)
5 DP converts to 1 docking collar.
1000 CP converts to 1 DP, which can in turn be converted to collars.
Caps
Warships are sluggish bricks in atmosphere. You can take a +1 Aerodynamic cap to eliminate this penalty.
Misc Units
Cargo pallets are assumed to exist and/or free. They have 10,000 CP and take up 1 docking collar. If you wish to build custom cargo pallets (ie: ones that have caps), they're a 10/1 unit.
