Zeronet, a few points:
1. Skills cost 2 CP to raise above 60 Aptitude+Skill total.
2. You seem to lack the skill to use your pistol (if you're dropping Infiltration, Psi-Assault, Control, and Sense down to 60 you'll get enough CP to raise it to 60).
3. Networking is a field skill.
4. Most people use nice even numbers for their aptitudes to make it easier to calculate skill CPs.
5. You lack your native language skill (given for free at 70+INT).
