On the Haydee:

• Captain: Lorna Thill: ex-pirate and Gotto faction stalwart
• Gunnery Tech: Rebecca Fukuyama. Wears a Chinese dress a lot off duty. Seems efficient. Wears HMDs all the time.
• Electronic System Tech: Old Man Ross, probably seen some stuff. Alpha Centuarian.
• Engineer: Mara White: Gotto Faction engineer, Young and fresh. trained at their secret base to Neo-Jovian parents.
• Nicola De White Rose: True heir to the White Rose throne, currently on the run with the 404 and smitten with Zeus ty-Rain. (Possible romance option for Zeus)

Port Glory:

• Tella Feds: Union boss, Jovian contact at Port Glory
• Guillaume Adalbert de Boisbriand: A transgene noble well past his glory days. Collector of militaria and old acquaintance of Zeus ty-Rain who likes galas and masks.
• Gerry Ngombe: Black marketer, had previous dealings with Kaz.
• Governor: Governor no more, currently under house arrest by INTACT.
• Guy in the Coffee Shop: Private investigator, just trying to support his daughter.

Oddventure:

• Gulpla shop owner: Just trying to keep the shop afloat while his father spreads the good news of gunpla when a strange girl entered the shop… (Possible romance option for Rosebud)
• Lanky Chris: Petty thug and gang leader. Dead now because he picked the wrong gunpla shop to shake down.
• Colonel Burnt: Commander of Jovian forces onworld, took part in some of the more interesting episodes of the Second Jovian War.
• Mitzi Red: The red headed Atlas who runs the motor pool at the Jovian base. Formerly a pirate and loves a boy with kill stripes. (Romance option for Ben)
• Christina Mornett: Wealthy local patron to rebel forces on Oddventure. She wants Cygnus and Federation forces offworld and a return to the old order.
• Terra: Tomboy Alpha guerilla fighter, sole survivor of her team. (Possible romance option for Rosebud)

391st Squadron

• Miyazaki “Jinx” Kaede: Unlucky and amnesiac Seraph pilot. Has a head full of damaged cyberware, quite handy with explosives however. She has boring black hair and sad red eyes. (Romance option for Rosebud)
• Muriea: Baseline pilot, despite protestations she is quite good at video games.
• Johnson:Kin of overweight. Reputation as a foodie.
• Duchess: The daughter of someone important in the Gotto faction.
• Lisa: (You're tearing me apart!)
• Clin:
• Anna: Also known as “The Beast.” A cyborg pilot.
• Willard: MMI Otaku. Hasn't appeared on screen yet.

245th Squadron

• Vega Zingh: Icarus pilot and self-proclaimed Ace of Aces. Flies a Tsun and write poetry in her spare time. (Possible romance option for Zeus)

INTACT

• Admiral de-Gemein: Commander of the The Fryazino, had some history with Major LaCroix.
• Lotta and Carla Biswald: Seraph mercenary pilots. Like getting paid, hate getting shot down by baseline farm boys. Current guests of the Neo Jovian movement.

Limit Cardinal

• Major Sylia Coren: Seraph ace from the Second Jovian War. Test pilot with INTACT Limit Cardinal squadron. Believes in duels and that those who fight should be prepared to die. Likes to run off and play hero. She is currently in a batca tank after a Jovian assassination attempt.
• Abelio: Engo pilot. He believes Major Coran takes too many risks when she runs off to play hero.
• Dark Skinned Seraph Pilot: Rather cynical.

Others/Lore:

• The Lovely Eyepatch: Some Jovian ace who used a pink paint scheme. Shadows over the eyes when shown in flashbacks.
• Alicia Malvin: Leader of Neo Jovian forces during the Second War. Lt Hemingway is said to have taken after her.
