With the elimination of a lot of single specific app types, I found that every *single* sub-class was gaining Improved Lamination- so rather than have it down a bunch of times, it should just be standard. Given how indies diversify I needed to make Stealth Fuckery roughly on par with the other options. [[user:Kerrus|Kerrus]] - so far, everyone starts with a Cloaking Device, except maybe the league. Seems a bit silly to only let Stealth focused indies get it for free [[user:sixmarks|Five]]
