Primal and Natural Reason lay here known by all and controlled by the Technocracy. Through Above we change Below and through Below we change what is Above. Together, Above and Below lay under the Third World of Unity of the Absolute, of God, that is which is the Beginning and the End. The Magus makes changes by Willing them fourth.
