Longshot Mission (+ Faber)
Back when the posthumans had decided to colonize worlds near the homeworld, they sent out several missions to set up facilities that would set themselves up for future use. It was at this point when the AI that would become known as 'The Core' achieved sentiance. Realizing that it was alone, it made the Council, a series of copies of itself to aide itself with sub-tasks that it was too busy to do itself. This however was insufficent for it's needs, and the members of the Council uploaded their experences to a central Grid so that they could modify themeleves without loosing any memories of what had come before.
A2) Initial Colony Population
Expanding the Grid to become a telepathic network to connect the Core to the members of the Council (and vise versa), the system for a time was quiet, merely setting up the systems needed to create a working state. A1) Busy Child (+400 Faber, + 150 Wealth, ++ AI Tech, + 100 Dust, - 300 Pop) Back when the posthumans had decided to colonize worlds near the homeworld, they sent out several missions to set up facilities that would set themselves up for future use. Expanding the Grid to become a telepathic network to connect the Core to the members of the Council (and vise versa), the system for a time was quiet, merely setting up the systems needed to create a working state. At thjs to,e. tje varopius AI begam creating new mysterious facilities, each's facilities having a 'archtiturial fingerprint' that points to one of the world's first AI. However without posthumans visiting Eden, the system merely continued to expand, building massive marvles of design across it's surface, raised cities in the upper trees of the superforest that dominates the main continent, yet also inaccessable libraries to recovered posthuman technology, and other strange creations using posthuman designs left in the colonization ship's databases for whatever reason.

B1) Artifact Find (+ 100 dust)> Active Machinery (+300 theta, -200 dust) More mysterious machinery appeared in the system from other ships, perhaps those left behind that managed to find their way to Eden. All that is known is that many ships arrived and were converted into usable theta dust for later use. (As the ships AI's started to inhabit Eden's massive yet empty cities.

C1) Artifact Find (+ 100 dust)> Reverse-Engineerable (+ tech) However, some of the machinery that had arrived in the previous years had not been so easily dealt with, and still stayed in the outsystem. This is where it was reverse enginnered and the technology brought back home.

D2) Isolated> Experimental Drives (+ 150 Theta, + FTL tech, - 50 dust) Way out in the boonies, someone's gonna go and copy the posties.

E1) The Zodiac Organization> Independence! (Go to F1)

F1) Indie World Politics > Planet Wal*Mart (+ 2000 PIP, + 100 Wealth, + ARROWs relations, -2,500 military) When the UN needed Theta Dust, Eden was willing to sell it. Soon after this peroid of history was over, Eden went slient again, and the UN honored it's request (it was really owed a favor.)

F2) Indie World Economics > Center for Research (++ Techlevel, ++ tech, + 100 CIP, - 100 PIP) At the same time, research benefited from some wacked out proposals from The Core. Eden was more than happy to research any and all proposals that were likely to work, but were still too 'out there' for Core scientists to research, or that Core scientists were not advanced enough to research. These would be shared with UN forces.

F3) Indie World Military > Hypertech Bullshit (+250 theta, + Theta tech, ++ tech, - 50 dust) Again, research into wacky concepts combined with already known post human technologies to make some hypertech advanced possible. These were kept for Eden however. Like the programme to invent some of the largest more advanced Mecha of the time (bordering on Orbital Frames, although still too small for that), and all successor programmes.

Chaotic Event!) Kinderfaber Surprise! (+ drexlers, - fabers) Not suprising, one of the Council took it's fabers apart and made some drexlers, making sure the Core wasn't looking first!

N1) The Buisness of Government>Future Government (++ Morale, + AI Tech) The government is not as simple as it seems...
