Anima Effect: [Essence]/2 external penalty to enemy attacks

Motivation: Build a perfect, clockwork race to serve the State

Eidolon of Deifacture is an engineer of weapons, fortifications, and other implements. Assigned to Razor as the most excess-to-requirements crafter in this relative time of peace, he's rather grumpy about the whole thing. But they had to find someone capable of building Vats complexes and well, if this is the most effective method of using his time and talent, then the Maker's will be done.
