Beta Titanium Structural Reinforcement
Formed from interwoven strands of radioactive lunar titanium and a tungsten-carbide stabilizing agent, 'Beta Titanium' is tough, yet flexible, able to absorb tremendous kinetic stresses without serious structural damage. While not suitable for use as armour itself for myriad reasons, it is eminently suitable for use as internal structural support, replacing more traditional chain-weave interlocking segments.
