	The message begins with a man with long slivery hair, wearing futuristics red and white jovian style uniform with a long white overcoat over it. He's standing on an observation deck of some ship, with the lights dim in the background, and behind the deck, there is obviously in the distance points of lights that are more ships, and smaller ones moving at high speed that could be either fighters or mobile suits. 	“People of the Federation. I greet you as the leader of the Solar Liberation Army to accuse your government of betraying the very purpose and reason why it was founded. The Federation which was suppose to bring peace and prosperity to the system has boughten a false peace, and a prosperity for those who are only an elite. The outer systems colonies, are often left outside of the decision making process and treated like conquered states rather then integral members of the Federation. Lest we forget the plight of the most among of us, the baselines who systematically and institutionally discriminated against.		“People of the Federation. War materials production, and weapons developed have continued unabated since the end of the System War? And what for, the League of Outer Stars could barely protect itself if it was attacked.		Nor can we any longer turn our attention away from the fact the elites that run the Federation have become even more greedier, seeking not to control just the Solar system and its puppet systems, but those who had the guts to form their own nation.
