Malaika Kalami, known by the moniker "Fate's Hand," is one of the most wanted people in Rafaela - a good reason for her current residence in Mikeala. She is an assassin latterly (and loosely) associated with the Rafaelan Resistance Front, and now rumoured to be working for the Mikaelan Red Brigades. Malaika knows what her skills are worth, and does nothing for free. If she has any ideals beyond that, she keeps them hidden behind a wall of biting sarcasm.<br />
