			The Province of Olympia represents the very heart of the Avalonian Republic. Resting within the Olympic Valley, which itself is nestled between two giant Olympic peaks, lies the crown jewel of Avalonian civilization. The city of Avalon was established four hundred years before the Imperium and has served as a capital city since Imperial times. Hidden by blizzards and protected by tall mountains, Avalon has never been successfully invaded by enemy forces. While Olympic Valley is habitable and even pleasant during some parts of the year, the soil is only barely arable. As a result, Avalon must import food from all over the empire to sustain its populace.<br>

			Rich deposits of Adamantium and Levistones have given rise to various mines critical in the production of Avalon's skyships and weaponry. Trade within the empire inevitably comes to Avalon and the city has grown rich through the millenia. Also among other landmarks stands the notable Tower of Avalon, seat of the Council of Archmages. The Tower is the highest structure in Avalon and overlooks the vast city.
