Just a few years ago, Celeste Marot was an incredibly unexciting office lady working for the La'Vinne corporation and looking at a long and very boring future in the biggest megacorporation in the Large Magellanic Cloud. Then she ended up at exactly the wrong place and the wrong time when certain events started to unfold - or perhaps rather, the ''right'' place and time, depending on your point of view. She certainly seems to think so.

Since then, Celeste has become very exciting, of the kind of excitement that ends with space halberds chopping through heads. She seems to enjoy swapping from a dead-end job to a job all about bringing Dead Ends a lot, on a level that goes beyond just the influence of the Warlord Core, and serves her new overlord with an (un)healthy dose of enthusiasm. She ended up taking to her new occupation like fish to water, and has spent the recent years getting swole in the arts of war alongside the Rifter knights and exhuman cyborgs that follow Princess Aleida. Became slightly terrifying in the process. ''Probably'' needs another hobby other than filling the old void in her life with violence, but the crowd and the locale is not helping. Kept her old cat, which has by now acquired a thousand-meter stare. (trimming his fur with her halberd is not helping)

She still retains her full bureaucratic skillset, which she uses to do her part in keeping the whole show going smoothly, although with an energy that she was once missing. So, if you ever want to chop someone's head off, or fill out Excel tables, or fill out Excel tables with data about all the guys whose heads have been getting chopped off? Celeste's your woman.
