Speaks with an arrogance and contemptuous air that both exceeds and emphasizes his years. 
Wears the blue and white dress uniform of a Coreve Crusade Captain, with an additional non-regulation silver scarf and knee high black riding boots. Sometimes adds a short white, multilayered cape emblazoned with the silver and blue sword of Liah, but with the blade reversed so it points up rather than down. 

Captain Caspar Saint-Just is supposedly a young and undefined relative of the Lord General Marianne Saint-Just, recently arrived from the Coreven Dominion. He is often seen with the Lord General. He thinks very highly of himself and his prospects, and is quick to anger when others indicate they think otherwise. Despite his rank and years he sometimes gives orders to other Crusader officers including those above him as if he expects them to be obeyed. They usually are, for fear of incurring the Lord-General's wrath. 

In a truth known only to a few, Caspar Saint-Just is actually a Chosen candidate clone, likely from the secret repository on Lir Island. He is also a powerful Solinarch, with encoded skills of warriors twice his age, but without the hard won experience to use them wisely. Caspar is aware of his Chosen heritage and deeply resents having to keep it secret in service to the Lord General's convoluted plans.
