The year is 5053 AD. Hegemony of Sol rules over the Three Hundred Worlds of Man with uneasy grasp, since their greatest height in the Second Interstellar War in 3913 against the now annexed Procyon Empire, the Solar Senate, the great rulers of mankind formed the ranks of the trans-genetic elites of the previous epochs have ruled the core of human space with iron grasp, restructuring societies across a hundred worlds to serve as docile resource and resort worlds for the increasing decadent ruler, imposing strict bans on uplifting the "Commoners" to keep them in their natural state as servants to the elite. Beyond the Three Hundred lies the Expanse, home to thousand other worlds, mostly poor or backwards in technology and divided, kept divided and down by the expeditionary and conquest forces of the Solar Senate who either treats the the barbarian Outers with disdain or as source of profit and servants. The countless worlds of the Beyonders are seen by many in the Senate as a safety value for bored young and ambitious transgenes who stifle under their near immortal family of their forebears as pawns in the increasing unstable and violent politics of the Senate Sol in orbit over Ares. One such expedition self funded via the younger generation is being organized at the docks of Sirian Armory for launch to invade the Agamemnon Cluster as the forces of the Hegemony inch ever closer to civil war.

Fleet Action Rule Alpha 0.1
=Basic Rolling=
==Imitative and Movement==
:Init Rolls: Squadron Init plus Admiral Command Values
:Declare actions from lowest rank to highest rank, highest rank moves first.
:Ships move then cease moving in the hex when they are firing.

==Attack and Defense==
:IS d10s worth of Attack Value plus Admiral Vale >= 7 to represent a hit
:Each point of DV value is the number of success need to be beat to score a hit
:Each Attack still reduces next attack DV by 1 represent onslaught. If it the attack succeeds subtract the damage of the fleet vs enemy fleet hp. If the attack is critical success 5 or more success it does double damage.
:Ships have not come under attack (either successful or failed) gain a increasing +1 modifer to their dice roll to represent gunnery crews bracketing targets without having to do major course corrections, per turn unmolested. That bonus is lost when they come under attack.

==Fleet Integrity==
:Fleet Integrity runs a track from 20-1
:Each time a fleet/squadron gets successful attack it loses a point of integrity
:If it takes catastrophic damage (like 10-25 percent lose in a single turn it rolls 1d10 to see how disrupted it becomes)
:At half integrity it takes double damage, at quarter it rolls d10 each turn and if it doesn't succeed a moral check it routs.
"An admiral can spend a turn in defensive mode to reform the fleet lines (no attack no movement) to restore it to 20.

''"He never sought to analyze his motives and he never wavered once his mind was made up. Though he always acted on impulse, he firmly believed that all his actions were governed by cold and logical reasonings. He was a man born out of his time--a strange blending of Puritan and Cavalier, with a touch of the ancient philosopher, and more than a touch of the pagan, though the last assertion would have shocked him unspeakably. An atavist of the days of blind chivalry he was, a knight-errant in the somber clothes of a fanatic. A hunger in his soul drove him on and on, and urge to right all wrongs, protect all weaker things, avenge all crimes against right and justice. Wayward and restless as the wind, he was consistent in only one respect--he was true to his ideals of justice and right. Such was Solomon Kane."'' -Robert E Howard, Moon of Skulls.
Waking up wearing blood battered clothes, the girl remembered nothing but fire and blood as she came to the Sanctum of the Kuro Mahou. Checking her belongings she discovered an ID card that displayed Ishida Megumi. Perhaps school would have the answer.

==Backstory==
Born as the younger twin to her brother Jin, to married couple of JSDF officers, tragedy stuck the family when she was six years old when her mother died in a helicopter crash. Her father while loving was also ambitious officer in the naval arm and was not around for the twins, whom he sent to his sister an high end advertising executive who treated them with beneigh neglect. The loss saw Jin dive into his studies, where he was scouted for a program over in the States for gifted children. While equally intelligent, Megumi lost herself to her imagination and became a chuunibyou par excellence till events came to head in middle school in which she was humiliated in front of the entire school. She retreated to becoming a hikikomori during high school, moving out of her aunt's to her dad's never used apartment by herself and losing herself in the world of online games and media. Rarely attending school, but still passing her exams with flying colors.

During the start of summer, one evening she was headed to minimart to restock on supplies when, she heard noise down a alleyway. What she remembers is going down the alley and finding pool of blood, torn clothing, and a large but surprising light to carry book that seemed to call for her. Next thing she remember a week later was sitting on her bed reading the book, her apartment walls covered with printouts and photocopies of pages from the book, with writing about magical theories and the understanding that she had found one of the legacies of the Black Witch. Who that was she didn't know, armed with the grimoire of the Black Witch she taken her steps towards a greater world.
With the coming of Abaddon the Despoiler's 13th Black Crusade, a warp rift has torn the Imperium asunder, over half of the Imperium of Man no longer can reliably see the light of the Holy Astronomican. In one such region of the Ultima Segmentum where the light of the Astronomican can no longer be seen and warp storms ravage the surrounding, there remains a light to be seen across the five sectors, Noorian, Bellian, Nazca, Dulce and Montauk. In the center of these sectors is an old Fortress Monastery of the Void Hunters, an ancient believed to Second or Third Founding Chapter from the Ultramarines. Their stronghold, an captured archeotech fortress from the Dark Age of Technology had surprising all erupted to life when the Cictrax Maladirum came down becoming a brilliant burning beacon of stability in the Warp driving away across the five sectors, the daemonic incursions and giving the Imperium in theater a breather. The beacon can be seen past the five sectors it covers in stability, causing it to be a location that many sectors fleets and armies have fled to as their own original homes fell into the darkness. Overwhelmed with refugees both military and civilian, the sectors leaders seemed more intent on squabbling with each other on who was in charge and even coming to blows in a civil war, even as the forces of the ruinous powers began to send in their mortal agents to take world in preparation of siege against the Pharos. Among the numerous wave of newcomers fleeing disaster, comes a Rogue Trader's ship carried to Nazca via winds of Fate and the Warp. This is your story.

Stars Without Number Revised Free Edition campaign, with difficulty set to narrative.

https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/230009/stars-without-number-revised-edition-free-version

=Sales Pitch=
Generations after the Scream which brought the Terran Mandate to its destruction, generations past the failure of the jumpgates, and the near stoppage of interstellar trade and travel, generations since the the darkest of the dark age, lights of civilization burn again. In one such quadrant of the former Mandate, the Bael Federation is engaged in a cold war with the Star Kingdom of Las Cruicus. In face of the great threat of the transgene aristocracy of Las Cruicus the Federation has in the past century forgone many of its civil liberties as it lumbers on emergency rule of the National Salvation Committee. In the halls of Rinset City, the leaders of the Federation know unless something drastically changes that the Kingdom thanks to its vast wealth of archeotech from its home system will eventually reactive enough old Mandate gear and ships to turn the cold war hot.

In light of such menace, drastic measures are being undertaken. The first is Operation Unthinkable, which is only whispered by-the names of the General Staff and the Sky Marshal's office along with the build up of military to levels that may see the Federation collapse from its own economic ruin. Another option is Prometheus Project. One of the battle grounds between the Star Kingdom and the Federation is the Aesir Sector, once one of the crown jewels of the Mandate it has fallen on hard times, but recovered records suggest that somewhere in the sector is a Ragnarok Archive, what is stored in there is unknown, the validity of the records is suspects, it very much a long shot.

This where you come in. Either blacklisted spacer and naval officers, political prisoners with skills to be used in the field, or even career criminal's you have been given a ship and a mandate, for you to return back home you must find the Archive or disprove its existence and do it in timely manner before the National Salivation Committee regrets freeing you and giving you a ship.

==Bael Federation==
The Federation has its origins in the Bael Emergency Provisional Coalition that emerged after the Scream which was a dynamic technocracy with strong democratic traditions that quickly saw the planet recover faster then most and saw relief effort spread across the Ars Sector in such a state that in twenty years there was proto-instellar union with Bael as the center. The Barbatos Conference saw the formation of the Federation proper, and for the next few generations all seemed to go well till explorers ran into Crucian March and the iron fisted grip of the Aristos there, prompting a invasion which the Federation was able to defeat with great cost of man and material as well as their democratic origins.

Bael as a world is a planet of three continents and 60 percent ocean, the primary ethnic groups were Neoaresians, Synsirans, and Angnihs. Officially ruled by the Assembly of Worlds, which provides the Exector as chief officer of government, its unofficially now a milita junta ruled by the National Salvation Committee, comprising of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Home Fleet, Battle Fleet, and Marine Command, under the guidance of the Sky Marshal.

==Star Kingdom of Las Cruicus==
Little is known about the origins of the transhuman Artistos, since such things were limited by the Mandate. However, the Kingdom is a feudal empire comprised of seven great house underneath the King. Their serf units tend to use less advance technology then Bael common soldier, but the same can't be said for their nobility which runs the gambit of as peer or bleeding edge technology. Effectivly in OOC sense, transgenes have two classes for each level, with the royal family specializing in psionics.

==Bael Federation==

==Star Kingdom of Las Cruicus==
Silencehttps://swiki.fancruft.com/index.php?title=Silence_Without_Numbers&diff=71028Silence Without Numbers2022-09-15T05:48:06Z
