Space Carrier Amahara is a game about the eponymous ship and its deeds. Due to the original studio going out of business (rumoured to be after a very ill thought out attempt at magical girl subversion), the property is now in the hands of another company that has made numerous controversial retcons. It remains a (very) soft-science space opera.

The EUF was formed in 2015 and sustained in the years after the war as a military alliance against Lunarians. As years turned to decades, and now, a century of peace, it has struggled to rebrand itself as the Earth Union, a sort of federal megastate with the EUF as its military. It is a tense organization at every level, from nationalistic tendencies of it constituents, the threat of Frexit and its growing perception off Earth as the new strongarm of Earthbound imperialism.
