Etheric Inspired and Wondrous Creations

A Genius is a Magitechnical creator of wondrous devices, most times beyond the capabilities of the nation she is part of. Her creations follow magical laws and rules, but otherwise break established laws for technology. Creations can take any form, and the rules for G:tT work well enough for determining the type of device created. (Replace Mania with Etheric Power from the creator of said devices or a Etheric Heart. Or from generators Etheric Generators – although technological generators fail due to the primarily magical creations with one exception. Early tech generators can work, but require a some combination of factors that make this a unwise decision. Generally it's required to make a magitechnical reactor.

A combination of the birth of magic event and the solar storms that plague the systems where Inspired exist natively create 'mania storms' that implant into Genius' the raw 'mania', or the inspiration to create wondrous creations. Once they manifest, they however can go whatever they want and build (assuming the rules are followed) within the advancement groupings the character has if they have the tools. It is much easier to build wonders than supply them as all wonders are universally supplied with Ether in various forms. At worst however, either the usage period of a device will be limited by etheric supplies or the device may fail catastrophically as it lacks the mundane technology to function in it's intended role for some reason. The explosive nature of the second action depends on what the genius tried to do – both mundane and magitechnically.
